Job Description

One of an uprising listed Financial services company is currently seeking an additional headcount of C&B talents to join their team.

Key duties:

  • Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working in a team of 3
  • You will be responsible for the monthly payroll calculation, incentives and final payment
  • Engage in all round C&B projects inclusive of salary survey, salary benchmarking, benefit initiatives and other annual C&B exercises etc.
  • Prepare payroll and tax report for management review
  • Participate in various compensation surveys, including data preparation, job matching and analysis of survey findings
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing HR polices, ensuring compliance to HK labour ordinance and other local regulations
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B area, within sizeable companies is an advantage
  • Self- motivated, detail-minded and ability to work under pressure
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations
  • Strong number sense and proficient in MS Excel and HRIS system
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
