Job Description

Due to continuous growth of their business, a well established retail chain company urgently needs to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their Hong Kong Human Resources team.  Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, you will:

Responsibilities:

  • As the head you will review and revise Compensation & Benefits programs through market survey data, best practices and business strategies
  • Responsible for the company's C&B and payroll administration, also in charge of company's HRIS system
  • Manage the salary programs including development and revision of job grading and salary ranges, costing, and job evaluations
  • Analyze remuneration schemes through benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Design and track the effectiveness of incentive/bonus schemes for all employees
  • Responsible for compiling compensation data for salary surveys, and analyze results to determine the company's competitive position
  • Manage annual salary review and promotion process to recommend plans and guidelines for improvement
  • Research and provide expertise to all C&B related matter to HR and business leaders
  • Involve in ad-hoc HR projects

Requirements: 

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • 8 years or above solid Compensation & Benefits experience with at least 3 years at managerial level working for sizeable multinational, retail or FMCG companies, possibly with consulting exposure  
  • Customer-oriented, good leadership skills, organized and able to deal with tight deadline
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Highly numerical, critical eye for detail with strong commercial acumen
