Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist to formulate and update anti-money laundering related policies, procedures and programs to ensure the Company meet all latest Hong Kong regulatory requirements and industry guidelines and practices
• Assist to perform various AML / CRS / FATCA / AEOI / Due Diligence assessments and reviews and initiate follow up action to ensure the Company comply with related regulations
• Prepare and submit suspicious transaction reports to the authority concerned with precise evaluation
• Provide timely advice about AML / CRS / FATCA / AEOI / PDPO related regulations for business units
• Assist in preparation of reports and assist in handling regulatory and audit inquiries
• Assist in compliance monitoring programs (including AML monitoring program)
• Assist to review and update forms/declarations, training materials, policy and procedures
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Law、Accounting、business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in life insurance industry
• Solid industry and Compliance knowledage and familar with related regulations
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English,fluent Cantonese
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
