Job Description

Your new company
This global insurer has an excellent reputation in the market. They are looking for a compliance manager to enhance the effectiveness of the compliance program.

Your new role
You will work within an experienced and stable team developing and implementing risk based compliance programs. This includes compliance monitoring, reporting and testing. You are responsible to develop an assurance plan to make sure the compliance framework is comply with regulatory requirements. You will need to conduct regular sample checking to ensure the effectiveness of the compliance control. You will also need to work with different operations and business units to make sure the compliance programs are well implemented.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of compliance, audit or risk experience from insurance or financial services sector
  • Knowledge of regulations driven by Insurance Authority
  • Experience in IT audit or related projects will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, innovative, proactive and sense of ownership in driving results
  • Ability to engage with all levels within the corporation and various Business Units
