Job Description

Your new company
A long standing and steadily growing insurance firm is reputable for a collaborative and dynamic culture. Compliance team is well structured and they are searching for a Compliance Manager to lead and manage compliance program.

Your new role
You will take on a key role in leading and managing compliance program. You will ensure assurance of conduct compliance, enhance internal policies and advice on compliance matters including AML, FATCA and CRS. You will support business in mitigating regulatory deficiencies and provide compliance training to uplift overall ethics and culture.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience from insurance or financial services firms
  • Knowledge in Insurance Authority regulatory requirements
  • Team player, self-motivated, adaptable to change, detail minded and strong people skills
  • Ability to engage with business and lead junior team members
