Job Description

The employer is a fund manager based in Hong Kong. To cope with the client's continuous growth, they are looking for high caliber professionals to join as compliance officer.


Job Description

  • Establish and maintain compliance policies and procedures to monitor the daily operations and business activities are complied with requirements of SFC and other regulators; (RA 4 & 9)
  • Liaise with SFC and other related authorities;
  • Register with SFC as MIC for AML & Compliance core functions;
  • Provide internal regular regulations and compliance updates and compliance training;
  • Handle complaint, investigate special cases and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor degree holder in Law, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • 2 to 5 years in securities, brokerage and compliance experience dealing with Type 4 & 9 regulated activities in major investment banks or SFC licensed corporations;
  • Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC codes, CIMA and other related regulations
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skill
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Compliance Manager
