The Roles

• Retain strong strategic partnerships with leading multinationals around global/regional benefits management
• Deliver leading benefit solutions to multinational clients. These typically include:

• Assist with development of global/regional benefit strategies and policies aligned with client’s business objectives
• Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits)
• Advise provision of optimal benefit funding strategies and leading risk management solutions
• Design and implement leading benefit technology solutions
• Support/lead M&A due diligence and integration projects
• Provide benefits data analytics advisory
• Support design and execution of health and wellness strategies

• Pursuing opportunities to articulate Aon’s Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the  market
• Collaborating on  business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teams
• Contributing to leveraging Aon’s capabilities to build differentiated and innovative global benefits solutions
• Foster close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well colleagues in other Aon teams
• Maintain required professional qualifications
• Account management for key Aon global/regional benefit client relationships
• On-going adherence with the Aon Leadership Model (ALM) behaviours

 

Our Requirements

• Strong multi-stream project management experience (project management qualification an advantage)  
• Experienced in a global/regional benefits or related role 
• Expertise in a global/regional benefits discipline (broking, actuarial, M&A, multinational pooling, international assignees) an advantage 
• Strong client management and benefits advisory skills
• Commercial acumen and delivery of value to client outcomes
• Fluent in written and verbal English with strong communication skills
• Ability to influence and build multi-cultural teams
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst / Analyst
