Job Description

Our client is a global financial intelligence and data provider, and they are looking for someone to join their team to work on events across Asia and the US.



  • Responsible for research and program management, conference content and event production
  • In-charge in writing conference programs, and identifies and recruits relevant event speakers
  • Organize turn-key awards presentations (planning, coordination and on-site management)
  • Plan with marketing team on project brief and timeline, event themes, objectives, copy for marketing materials and collateral
  • Support sales team for sponsorship materials and identify business opportunities
  • Work closely with the internal support teams and regional offices for each event to ensure timely deliverable and meet event targets
  • Build a key industry network contacts



  • At least 1-year experience in a conference producer role
  • Experience in event and project management is an advantage
  • Has a strong research, analytical and writing skills, and time management
  • Fluency in English, written/spoken Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Can work independently and works well under pressure and have good attention to detail
  • Willing to travel across region
  • Results driven, self-motivated personality, able to work in a target-driven environment
