Responsibilities:
Secretarial and Administrative Support to Management
- Preparing reports
- Handling information requests
- Performing clerical duties, such as:
- Drafting correspondence on behalf of management
- Preparing presentations
- Organizing & maintaining paper and electronic files
- Receiving visitors
- Arranging conference calls
- Scheduling appointments/meetings
- Organize business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions
- Provide written & oral translation support
- Daily’s' schedule maintenance, and implement other tasks assigned by leaders
Project Management Support
- Structuring, coordinating and driving to completion of new and on-going projects & activities of the Automotive APAC as well as supporting in the sales & marketing follow-up from reporting coordination and preparation (e.g. Pipelines updates, CFO letters, OEM Key Accounts follow up to new products / countries projects set up).
- Providing administrative support to assist APAC Chief Sales Officer (CSO) in back office duties which ranging from travel agenda planning and To-Do-List management & validation and other ad hoc duties assigned in coordination and sales process.
Requirements:
- University education background and above;
- 3-5 years related experience in a foreign company in an Executive/Personal Assistant role, experienced in sales/marketing and project management will be a plus;
- Fluent in both oral and written English and Mandarin;
- Strong skills of PPT with logical thinking;
- Proficient computer skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc;
- High level of organizational and interpersonal skills and good sense of team members;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work independently;
- Initiative attitude towards work and strong problem solving skills;
- Ability to act with tact and discretion.
- Occasional travel is required.
