Job Description

  

Requirements

  • University graduate in Procurement/Purchasing/Textile Engineering/Clothing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in garment production planning, merchandising, procurement & buying field
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical skill and computer skill in Microsoft Excel
  • Proactive, detailed, organized and dynamic
  • A team player & adapt to work in multi-culture environment

 


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the fabric and garment production capacity.
  • Provide visibility and guidance on the choice of placement and buying methods.
  • Coordinate the different stakeholders around fabric and capacity planning.
  • Co build production forecasts and capacity allocations.
  • Propose allocation to country and/or vendors according to available capacity.
  • Manage the production risks and optimise the resources.
  • Animate proactively the production forecasts and capacity allocations.
  • Guarantee the right level of commitment with vendor and fabric mills.
  • Define and revise monthly production forecast by simulating global production plan.
