About this Job

As a Project Manager, you will work cooperatively & collaboratively with project team members and manage stakeholders' expectations


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation workstream, manage cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Actuarial, Finance
  • Track project status, follow up with all outstanding issues, manager risk items
  • Liaise with external parties, e.g. IA, for compliance issues
  • Bring clarity to various stakeholders on the progress of the assigned project
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to senior management and ask for any assistance as appropriate
  • Handle and communicate to management on quality assurance review of the projects assigned
  • Ability to apply agile management, or agile process management (i.e. iterative or incremental) approach to building out activities in the areas of business processes and IT



  • Degree holder in Accounting, Actuarial, or Finance disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ experience in insurance accounting, actuarial, or finance
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills with proven track record in multi-function team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be proactive, creative and mature with strong sense of ownership, interpersonal skills and resources planning
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
