Responsibilities:

• lead a team to handle overall management of contractual and commercial issues for building construction project.

 Requirements:

 

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, preferably with professional chartered membership.
• Experience in contract administration, claims preparation, with commercial and legal/ arbitration knowledge, conversant with various forms of conditions of contracts, cost control and planning as well as strategic management.
• Excellent command of English, Self-motivation
