Job Description

The opportunity
The successful applicant joins EY Greater China Brand, Marketing and Communication teams, reporting to the Digital Content Leader. You will be responsible for maintaining a new externally facing website and underlying content management system and analytics suite. You will be working with the Greater China implementation team and coordinating closely with the global project team as well as other regional implementation teams. You must possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work to deadlines and under pressure, and have the necessary communication skills and executive presence to clearly articulate project progress, challenges and requirements with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Generate and publish content for the organization’s website
  • Closely track and report on project status, and identifying trends, escalating potential concerns
  • Proactively manage changing requirements, project scope and organizational change; identify and communicate impacts to timeline, and adapt plan accordingly
  • Work as an important part of a diverse project team; coordinate with counterparts in our global and other regional project teams
  • Attend and play an integral part in regular project meetings
  • Support testing and QA process
  • Support the coordination of internal communications

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably have experience gained in multinational organization or similar working environment
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in journalism, communications or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is important for this role
  • Experience in SEO and Adobe Analytics
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English. Strong communication skills and executive presence; able to clearly and concisely communicate with colleagues at all levels
  • Experience with digital/web implementation projects; Knowledge of digital content management systems a strong benefit
  • Experience with standard project management tools
  • Excellent project management capabilities; proven organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently, with attention to detail, a proactive approach to making the project succeed, and absolute integrity
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Azure
