Job Description

A fast-growing Law Firm is looking for a high calibre candidate to join their young and dynamic corporate team. Candidates with stable and solid working experience within Law firms' Corporate practice are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide full spectrum of legal administrative and secretarial support to fee earners, 1:5(including Partner(s) and Associates)
* Prepare, edit, format, and proof read correspondence and documents
* Handle billing matters
* Manage travel and diary arrangements
* Occasional receptionist duties
* Assist any adhoc task assigned by fee earners

Key Requirements:

* 3-5 years of relevant secretarial experience in law firm
* Experience or knowledge in Corporate Team within a legal firm is an advantage
* Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
* Chinese typing skills is required
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Office with strong document formatting skills

The firm offers:

* Competitive salary package- Basic salary x 12 months+ Discretionary Bonus
* Single medical coverage
* Stable working hours 9am-6pm
* Premium working location in Central
