l Formulate, lead and implement marketing strategies and promotion plans
l Build our online and offline marketing campaign
l Excel in managing all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, social media account, and emails) to ensure brand consistency
l Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
l Ability to create and manage the team execute on digital marketing strategies
l Manage and improve online content, SEO, and Google analytics
l Define, monitor and communicate digital marketing effectiveness metrics and audience insights with senior management and key stakeholders
l Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies and drive digital marketing innovation
l Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
l Ability to manage multiple campaign projects, clients and deadlines
l Degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
l At least 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, Communications or brand management experience.
l At least 3 years in in online and digital marketing
l Strong business acumen and commercial mind
l Research experiences and/or CRM management experience a plus
l Excellent English and Chinese writing skills is mandatory , good spoken English and Putonghua.
