Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting in a client focused, fast paced, positive candidate experience.

  • Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
  • Drive the end-to end recruitment process for complex and specialized portfolio, including intake session with hiring manager, communication with candidates, interviews, assessments, offer management and negotiation, and exception decisions from the business on salary and benefits
  • Provide consultative recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients and closing
  • Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate
  • Work with a very high volume of requisitions and candidates
  • Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans
  • Strong integration and partnerships with Global Talent Acquisition partners


  • Minimum of 5 plus years professional level recruiting experience
  • Must have an ability and desire to stay abreast of market conditions
  • Ability to work across the organization to achieve results, and has ideally worked in a large organization requiring interaction within multiple business units
  • Must have client management experience, with strong credibility, presence, and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services
  • Experience providing fact-based assessments of talent to provide clear recommendations
  • Utilize forward thinking and strategic sourcing methods to build a pipeline and strong network of candidates
  • Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business
  • Proven track record of directly sourcing talent with specific subject matter expertise
  • Act with a sense of urgency
  • Must maintain and exude a strong sense of integrity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
  • Solid understanding of recruiting industry, processes, technology and hiring compliance practices
