COUNTER MANAGER (CM)
The Counter manager is responsible for the turnover and the client experience in the store. He/she creates an atmosphere reflecting the values of the brand.
He contributes to build a team and motivate Sales Associates on a daily basis, holding regular briefings with his/her team.
The CM will in charge of building a VIP customer base and develop relationships with customers.
The CM will be responsible to train her/his staff regularly on products/brand knowledge, selling techniques and competitor’s knowledge.
The Counter manager always abides by the brand’s guidelines.
▪ Minimum 6 years relevant experience in retail operations with Beauty/luxury brands is a must, with 1 year in management level,
▪ Great team management and coaching skills,
▪ Good team player and well-organized,
▪ Excellent customer service & sales skills,
▪ Fluent in Cantonese and excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
