COUNTER MANAGER (CM)

The Counter manager is responsible for the turnover and the client experience in the store. He/she creates an atmosphere reflecting the values of the brand.

He contributes to build a team and motivate Sales Associates on a daily basis, holding regular briefings with his/her team. 

The CM will in charge of building a VIP customer base and develop relationships with customers. 

The CM will be responsible to train her/his staff regularly on products/brand knowledge, selling techniques and competitor’s knowledge.

The Counter manager always abides by the brand’s guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to achieve sales, service, CRM and operational KPIs,
  • Monitor sales performance, achieve monthly budget and respect discount/promotion policy,
  • Define daily/weekly sales targets,
  • Manage the stock level in-store and inform management about stock situation and missed sales,
  • Follow-up stock entries, products reservations,
  • Train the sales staff to improve their sales technics, brand and competitors’ knowledge,
  • Allocate sales staff tasks and organise their working planning, 
  • Apply CRM programme and develop Client database by collecting clients information,
  • Guarantee cleanliness, tidiness, merchandising of the store and personal grooming of sales team,
  • Lead the team to present brand and counter image with excellent customer service,
  • Completes daily reporting (sales reports, rosters/duty rosters, CRM)

Requirements:

▪ Minimum 6 years relevant experience in retail operations with Beauty/luxury brands is a must, with 1 year in management level,

▪    Great team management and coaching skills,

▪    Good team player and well-organized,

▪    Excellent customer service & sales skills,

▪   Fluent in Cantonese and excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
