Job Description

Credit Control Team



To assist / support Credit Control Head in conducting credit control related activites

  • Liaise with customers to follow up delinquent accounts in accordance with Company policies.
  • Monitor the progress of all outstanding cases, IVA & semi-settlement accounts.
  • Negotiate with semi-settlement & delinquent clients for settlement.
  • Control and monitor the progress of disposal efficiently.
  • Monitor the progress of legal cases, seek legal opinions & liaise closely with legal firms for the case progress.
  • Attend small claims hearing & creditors meeting for winding up/bankruptcy cases.
  • Participate in the repossession of mortgaged properties with court bailiff.
  • Maintain and update the data for preparing the department progress reports.
  • Liaise with external parties including legal firms, possession agents, surveyors and debt collection agencies for arranging debt collection activities.
  • Review service provider on a regular schedule.
  • Conduct portfolio security inspection and organize local and PRC site visit and inspect the leased items.
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints.
  • Strictly adhere to the Company policies, procedures and ethical requirements, ensure the operation of daily activities are ethically and legally complied.


  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Min. 5 years working experience in financial; preferred 3 years in banking’s credit control aread
  • Strong communication and writing skills with logical thinking
  • High integrity and initiative, good team player and able to work independently;
  • Knowledge in banking regulations and compliance will be advantage
  • Good command in both English and Cantonese; Putonghua preferable
