Job Description

Working within a global leading technology company, this CRM Analyst will report to the Business Operations Manager within a sizeable team to provide application support and implementation on CRM solution, specifically Salesforce.com, over APAC region. This role will also work with US headquarter on global projects as well.

Responsibilties

  • Act as the administrator for global CRM solution
  • Provide support and training to APAC users
  • Help out with deployment and UAT on new product features
  • Liaise with different departments such as finance, sales, marketing to maintain data quality
  • Participate in regional projects when necessary

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • 2-3 years' experience supporting CRM solution preferably Salesforce.com
  • Strong understanding on CRM application and relevant business processes
  • Great interpersonal skills and can work with users across multiple regions
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
