Job Description

Under the Senior CRM Marketing, the CRM specialist will be responsible for developing and implement the CRM Marketing strategy which delivers sustained and incremental revenue growth, encourages cross-sell and upset across the category mix and drive high quality interaction with the customer. He will run acquisition and activation programmes through email, SMS, push notification and in app messaging via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. He has a strong expertise in Marketing Cloud and capable to use extensively the platforms (Email Studio, Journey Builder, automation, DE, AMPscript, etc…)


Project management
  • Managing timeline and make sure deliverables are done on time o Leading design and implementation in Marketing Cloud - journey, automation, data extension structure, emailing, personalised content, etc...
  • Driving testing plan o Providing reporting and performance analysis · Marketing Cloud expertise
  • Configuring accounts setup, administration for users and new Business Units *roles and permissions, sender profiles, users, etc…)
  • Designing, optimising, and executing campaigns using strategies such as A/B testing, throttled sending, journeys, marketing automations and dynamic content
  • Preparing and updating the platform for each SFMC release, when applicable o Coming with the latest best practices on Marketing Cloud and implementing them for each new campaigns / projects
  • Liaising with Marketing Cloud support - Salesforce - for all topic related to the platform: platforms debug, issue resolution, incidents, etc...
Requirement
  • 1 to 2 years working on Marketing Cloud
  • 4+ years of experience in digital and technical environment
  • Knowledge in SQL query
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Good understanding of digital marketing
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and proactively to deliver in accordance with schedule
  • Good team player to work in a diverse team as well as collaborate cross-functionally
