Job Description

Our client, a FMCG manufacturer, is looking for a CS Manager to join them.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Direct report to Head of CS
  • Design various logistic and workflow to smoothen the operation between call center and various departments
  • Monitor daily performance and analyzes the sales tactics 
  • Drive and uplift sales by system automation between call centers and fulfillment channels
  • Cost and revenue control over call centers in Hong Kong and PRC

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of managing telesales experience, experience in customer acquisition re-engagement and retention is highly preferred.
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-oriented, detail-minded, organized
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
