Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Report to Head of Custodian Administration Services Department
  • Lead a team to provide professional middle office administration in relation to corporate trust, agent and fund custodian related services
  • Control and check the related legal documents before execution
  • Coordinate well with front-line and back office
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Laws, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience in SFC authorized funds regulations, KYC, FATCA & CRS related matters
  • Familiar with corporate trust and fund custodian related middle office operation, such as QDII, QFII, RQFII and note trustee operation
  • Good knowledge in PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Chinese typing an advantage
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua a must)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
