Job Description

The Job

  • Handle administration work of business/service contract
  • Communicate with internal or external parties to follow up any outstanding or missing documents
  • Update contract information in Abacus system
  • Responsible for handling customers' enquiries
  • Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by superior

The Person

  • DSE holder or above with at least 1 years’ working experience in Accounting or Customer Service field
  • Experience in using Oracle will be an advantage
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication skill and good team player
  • Good PC knowledge especially in MS Word & Excel
