You are the beacon of hirers as you will: 

• Enhance customer engagement by providing proactive and advisory services through outbound call activities
• Drive successful placement for hirers and promote credit consumption
• Assist clients on advertisement refinements and giving advices
• Provide training to customer regarding to jobsDB’s platform and products
• Maintain trustful relationship with clients
• Liaise and co-ordinate with sales teams on customer's request
• Handle ad hoc projects when required

Want to join our team? You would be…

• Minimum 2 years of sales/ customer service/ telesales experience
• Self-motivated to achieve outbound call target and various efficiency KPI
• Resilient and positive attitude, result -oriented
• Show flexibility, willingness to multi-task, ability to analyze and good problem-solving skills
• Presentable and strong in communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
