Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints and inquiry from various channels with first priority and in professional manner
  • Provide optimal solutions for customer satisfaction and ensure issues are promptly resolved
  • Monitor and oversee the daily operation of Call Centre Team & support Counter service team to ensure delivery of high quality results
  • Consolidate customer feedback, identify service gaps and suggest to improve customer experience
  • Ensure proper training and coaching are given to team members (both Call Centre and Service Centre) for delivery of quality customer service
  • Address all customer complaints immediately and escalate to the Customer & Technical Service Manager as necessary
  • Review and follow up all outstanding cases from the service system and ensure cases are accurately and promptly closed
  • Implement customer services related projects with internal and external parties

Requirements

  • Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience
  • Strong in customer service and problem solving skills, detail-minded and creative
  • Experience with photographic, IT and home electric appliances, health and beauty products is an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Work independent and under pressure
  • Able to cope with fast changing environment
