Job Description

Work location : Kwun Tong 

Working at our Hong Kong headquarter office, you will become a valuable member of our committed team and contribute in delivering outstanding experience to our customers. You will provide FedEx’s customers with excellent quality of service across a variety of channels; handle traces in a professional manner; resolve customers’ issues right the first time in the most efficient way. Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above
  • Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • One year of work experience, preferably in the logistic or service industry
  • Patient and able to work under pressure
  • Basic PC skills

Work Shift:

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Public Holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
