Responsibilities 

  • To provide an professional customer service to our premium customer;
  • To handle customer enquiries and resolve customer disputes or complaint cases;
  • To summarize, analyze and identify issues from customer cases;
  • To provide recommendation from customer perspectives for Team Manager/Sales Manager in order to enhance the team work quality and efficiency;
  • To implement on-going service improvement initiatives.

 

Requirements 

  • Certificate holder or above;
  • Strong business sense with good customer service and problem solving skills;
  • Fluent English and Chinese communication skills would be essential;
  • Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Required shift and holiday work.
