Job Description

In order to cope with business growth and quality customer service requirement in coming days, CSO (Customer Service & Operations) is looking for new CoE Officer with details as below:

 

Job Description: 

  • Working in Centre of Excellence team and reporting to Unit Manager, you are required to handle mobile data enquiries from hotline, email and internal system to deliver quality mobile data solution to both internal and external customers. You are also acted as mobile data ambassador of CRM and responsible to enhance data knowledge among colleagues through training and sharing sessions.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Post-Secondary or F.5 with 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong business sense with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Customer oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive working attitude, self-motivated, responsible and result-oriented
  • Initiative and innovative in making recommendations on continue service improvement
  • High adaptability to dynamic working environment
  • Good command of spoken/ written Cantonese and English
  • 48 working hours per week, willing to work on shift between Monday to Sunday: 09:00 - 20:00
  • Working Location: Tuen Mun OR Kowloon Bay
