Job Description

My client is a multi-national company which provides technology service and products to thousands of companies. With a significant growth in their business, they are expanding their customer care team and looking for a customer relationship officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and response to requests
  • Handle and follow up issues with clients via email and calls
  • Developing and maintain long-term relationship with potential partners
  • Maintaining all information of customer activity

Job Requirement:

  • Native Mandarin
  • Preferable with at least 1 year of working experience in customer service or B2B/B2C sales, however fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • MUST have the right to work in HK (IANG / Dependent Visa are welcome)
