Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and prepare communication collateral including content of company website and interactive voice response system (IVRS).
  • Review and develop new questions and answers for virtual assistant (“Ask Helen”) in company website.
  • Assist the Manager, Customer Relations to manage and implement various projects for the company.
  • Perform general clerical support to the customer relations section.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Translations, Marketing, Communication or related disciplines.
  • Excellent English and Chinese writing skills.
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in PC skills (MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint /Chinese Word Processing).
