Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers’ enquiries / complaints via social media / phone / email and respond in an efficient and professional manner;
  • Work closely with other related functions / departments to handle customers’ feedback to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers on every aspects;
  • Assist different kind projects of account service strategy, service improvement and operational service plan to improve overall service standard and quality;
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Retail Operations Team;
  • Explore new opportunities to expand the sales network of customer;
  • Maintain client database, prepare and generate monthly management report;
  • To support ad-hoc duties as assigned;
  • Outdoor work is required;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Relations Executive.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in any disciplines;
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking and manage tight schedule;
  • Customer oriented, presentable, cheerful & out-going personality;
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Has passion in promoting vegetarianism and green living.
