OpenRice is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join a dynamic and collaborative environment as part of marketing team.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide customer services, including handling and resolving inquiries
  • Handle user enquiry/complaint
  • Maintain database accuracy
  • Manage part-time to maintain our services level
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

You should possess:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem solving skills
  • 2 years customer services experience
