Job Description

Job Summary

To provide respective backend support functions to CRM Centre so that end-to-end processes can be in place to ensure an overall smooth, accurate and efficient centre operations.

Responsibilities

  • To support any kinds of bill, CS enquiries or issues follow up towards customers 
  • To follow up any after sales and change service transactions 
  • To properly follow the pre-set procedures and workflows and complete the job in a follow-up and follow-through manner & per requirements, policies, guidelines and procedures stipulated by all concerning parties from times to times 
  • To proactively learn and grasp latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties.
  • To discharge duty in a professional manner so that company image can be safeguarded at all times.
  • To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need


Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in mobile industry is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English.
  • Sound knowledge of PC such as Internet, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word etc.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive working attitude, responsible and result-oriented.
