Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for check-in, check-out and reservation duties
  • Provide quality service to all guests and respond to inquiries/ complaints efficiently
  • Achieve daily tasks by liaise with various departments
  • Provide administration supports and ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related discipline
  • A minimum of 1 year's working experience in hospitality industry, fresh graduate may be considered
  • Service-oriented, energetic and good communication skill
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good commond in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua and other language would be an asset
