Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, responsible and pleasant individual to assist us in our customer service and retail operations.  We provide on-going training and we are looking for the right candidates to grow with us.


You will be assigned to provide:

  • Customer sales support, including in-store sales, handling phone and email enquiries
  • Provide customer support in product ordering, delivery arrangements, purchase incentives and promotions
  • Proactively listen to customers' needs and suggest relevant products and services
  • Assist customers with any enquiries on products and services 
  • Provide responsible and accurate information to customers
  • Handle customer follow up and ensure service quality is maintained
  • Support simple marketing activities such as updating events/classes and promotional information and ensure that they are shared to prospects and customers in a timely manner
  • Assist with product presentations & events
  • Keep accurate records of sales transactions and managing inventory to ensure sufficient stock for sale


  • University degree holder 
  • Passionate about health and wellness and open to learning
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese).  Mandarin is an advantage
  • Advanced communication skills are required in both written and spoken English 
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing. 
  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience 
  • Presentable and health-conscious
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoys connecting with people 
  • Possess a calm, patient and mature personality
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, organized, diligent and a team player with good working attitude
  • Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining the set priorities.
