Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To handle incoming telephone enquiries and orders
  • To input and follow up daily sales orders
  • To provide efficient and courteous customer services
  • To propose new products to customers via telephone

 

Requirements:

  • DSE
  • Diploma in business administration, telecommunication or related discipline will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in handling telephone enquiries and following up  sales orders preferably in FMCG
  • Good command of spoken English is a MUST
  • Telemarketing and customer service experiences, knowledge in wine and spirits will be an advantage
  • Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, polite telephone manner and good team work is a MUST
  • Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Access) and good communication skill is a MUST
  • Periodical early shift duty of 8:30 am may be required
