- Provide general clerical and office support duties;
- Responsible for data input and report preparation;
- Process sales orders;
- Handle customer enquiries and provide necessary support;
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experiences
- F5 or above (Fresh Graduate will also be considered);
- Fast and accurate data entry: English 30pwm, Chinese 20wpm;
- Good telephone manner;
- Skillful with MS Office application (including Outlook, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing), and Facebook & Whatsapp applications;
- Independent, problem solving, detail-minded, customer focused and willing to learn;
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus.
- HK$60 – HK$65 per hour.
- Mondays to Fridays, 4-6 working hours per day.
Immediate availability is preferred.
