Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer customers’ enquires with courtesy and efficiency
  • Handle and follow-up with customer orders and complaints
  • Keep track on the logistics issue

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 1-2 years customer service working experience, preferred in retail industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office application, including Chinese word processing
