Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Handling general telephone enquiries and customer service work
• Handling loan application related matters
• Provide administrative support to the department (such as data entry, file archiving,
scanning, etc)
• Resolve product or service problems
• Manage incoming calls, emails, or any customer related questions


Ideal Candidates
• Fresh graduate, or less than 2 years of working experience
• Value people, culture transparency, openness, and teamwork
• Work well in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Strong communications skills; Cantonese and English
• Typing Skill: Chineses (Traditional) and English
