COLLABORATE: your responsibilities
- Handle customer's enquiries, overseas agent correspondence and documentation
- Co-ordinate with operations and overseas office on airfreight shipment ex HKG to worldwide or other cross-trade shipment
- Follow up on overseas routing orders and bookings from customers
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s standard operating procedure
CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications
- HKDSE or above with 2-4 years of customer services experience in freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge of handling air freight shipments
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Hands-on PC operations including MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, pro-active and attention to details
- Be a good team player and able to work under pressure
