Job Responsibilities

  • Handling general customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers
  • Ensuring service standards are being met

 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree Holder is preferred
  • At least one year working experience; preferably in customer service sector
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Candidate who is immediately available is highly preferable

 

Fresh graduates with Associate Degree / Advance Diploma will also be considered
