Job Description

 Job Responsibilities : 

  • Act as the primary contact and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Provide customer service and inquiries via Live chat apps/emails/phone
  • Assist customers in resolving service/system issues, complaints and claims compensation promptly
  • Coordinate between customers and other departments/service providers in different counties

 Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 - 2 years customer service working experience in related field is preferred
  • Good Command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Outlook , Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Patient, hardworking, work under pressure and willing to learn
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Fresh graduates will be also considered
