- To handle hotline inquiries with high quality of customer services
- To handle the complaints and service recovery process and to give advice for these cases in order to retain and enhance the customer relationship
- Organize user training on PC / mobile solution / device if necessary
- Perform customer service duties and administrative support
- To assist ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager
- Diploma or above in Business or Information System or related disciplines
- At least 2-year customer service or client service experience in IT Industry.
- Knowledge in IT & Telecommunications would be advantageous
- Computer Literacy and skillful in using online / operation systems
- Good attitude and team working
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
