Job Description

Our client is one of the Big Four firm in Hong Kong, and they are looking for the Customer Service Helpdesk Support to join their team; and focusing in provide supporting services to the internal customer from different countries. Please find below details and click "Apply Now" if you think you are suitable for this position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as first tier IT support for the internal user via remote troubleshooting, phone and email support; and provide solutions related to hardware and software problems including Mobile and PC equipment 
  • Assist in reserve the booking of hardware repair services for the user
  • Perform patches updates on Windows servers, and provide support related to Data center facilities and environmental equipment
  • Receive the phone call from the users, record the case log into the Log / Ticket system and provide solutions / troubleshooting; as well as dispatch to resolver group if need
  • Manage the Log / Ticket system with follow up action between the users until the case closure

 

Requirements:

  • School certificate or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of CS related working experience is preferred
  • With Ticketing system concept is preferred
  • With Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows and MS Office is must
  • Candidate who  have the technical skills will be advantage (e.g. PC / Hardware / Printers / Phone system / Mobile support / Software or IT maintenance services related)
  • Candidate who have no IT skill; and having the passion to develop in IT field with less experience also be considered (on-the-job training will be provided)
  • Fluent in English communication skills is preferred; Good at Mandarin and Chinese 
  • Willing to learn with ability in work as a good team player, self-motivated
  • Shift duties between 8am to 8pm is required
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
