Job Description

On-the-job training will be provided!

Duties:

  • Perform the order-processing
  • Be responsible for following up the customer orders.
  • Coordinate with Japan Head Office to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Prepare shipping document
  • Handle customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide full support to the team for daily activities

Requirements

  • With 1-2 years working experience a plus
  • Good command of English and Cantonese, including Mandarin
  • Knowledge of Japanese / Korea Language is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
