Job Description

Job Descriptions-

Customer Service Department:

  • Assist and support sales team (expatriates) in delivering excellent service to our individual, corporate & global clients
  • Facilitate insurance service process between the clients and the insurers by phone call and email
  • Prepare quotation & all kind of document for new/ renewal policy

Requirements

  • Matriculated or above
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • 1-2 years work experience in Customer Service
  • Mature and must be a good team player
  • Well-organized and details oriented
  • Excellent telephone manner, customer oriented and willing to learn; can work under pressure
  • Good negotiation and problem- solving skills
  • Must state current salary and expecting salary
  • Immediate available is preferred
