Job Description


  • Perform various testing and liaise with internal teams, users and external vendors to ensure deliverables quality and meeting requirements
  • Provide hotline services on technical support, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for corporate/business customers
  • Guide customers for proper setting in connecting network and attempt appropriate remote fixing action
  • Introduce company services to new customers and groom existing customers with product mixture to attain high customer satisfaction


  • High Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce or related discipline
  • 1 year’s customer service experience preferably in hotline / e-Commerce working environment
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin
  • Good telephone manner and customer services skills
  • Basic PC knowledge
