Job Description

General Purpose

Handling incoming customer orders and following process to ensure production, delivery, and billing is completed.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders with verification of prices with products, delivery information, pertinent order info, etc.
  • Handle and follow up with new customer account inquiries & requests.
  • Keep accurate customer records, transactions, documentations, database, reports, with our ERP System etc.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal divisions, eg. warehouse and production, and external partners, eg. logistics
  • Follow up with attention to customer interactions

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma and 2 years of VTC or Associated Degree, or newly college graduate,  knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of administrative work, usage of relevant OFFICE applications, ERP is plus
  • On going Training will be provided  

Key Competencies

  • Mature thinking, self-motivated and initiating, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills, listening and communication skills, including verbal and written Cantonese/Putonghua and English, customer service oriented
