Job Description

About the Company

Our client is a one of the leading Hong Kong-based bank. They are looking for several Customer Service Officers. This role mainly focuses on providing counter services and reporting directly to the Branch Operation Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general counter services to customers.
  • Handle daily customers' needs and financial transactions.
  • Responsible to present Saving Products to customers and perform Insurance Referral.
  • Present Credit Card promotion to customers.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above.
  • Strong desire to develop career in the banking industry.
  • Candidate without relevant working experience will also be considered.
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
