Yours Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional customer service to our customers.
  • Answer incoming enquiry via phone, email, fax and live chat.
  • Handle and solve customer complaints
  • Provide pre/after sales service and follow through sales order and quotations processing.
  • Closely working with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics) to serve customers and follow through sales order. 
  • Consistently provide feedback to Supervisor on customers’ opinions and suggest operation improvement initiatives


Yours Profile

  • Diploma or above in Business or related discipline
  • High proficiency in English & Chinese (written & spoken), Mandarin is a plus
  • Team player with strong customer orientation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, highly energetic, outgoing character and willing to explore self-potential in different area
  • Someone with high ambition and potential to develop your long term career at Hilti
